It's free, there's no app store, and it takes under a minute. Once it's on your home screen you can even score offline at the range.
iPhone or iPad (Safari)
Open the Practice Log in Safari. (This only works in Safari, not Chrome or another browser on an iPhone or iPad.)
Tap the Share button. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing up, usually along the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down the list that pops up and tap "Add to Home Screen".
Tap "Add" in the top right corner.
Done. A new icon appears on your home screen, just like any other app.
Android phone using Chrome
Open the Practice Log in Chrome.
If you see an "Install" button on the page, tap it and skip the rest of these steps.
If you don’t see that button, tap the three dots in the top right corner of the browser.
Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
Tap "Install" to confirm.
Brave and other Android browsers
Open the Practice Log in your browser.
Tap the menu button. It’s usually three dots or three lines in a top corner.
Look for "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" and tap it.
Confirm if it asks you to.
This works the same way in Samsung Internet, Firefox, and most other Android browsers.
Computer (Chrome or Edge)
Open the Practice Log in Chrome or Edge.
Look at the right side of the address bar at the top of the window. There is a small install icon (a computer screen with a down arrow).
Click it, then click "Install".
Don’t see the icon? Click the three dots in the top right corner and look for "Install Archery Ranges Canada…" or "Apps" → "Install this site as an app".
Still stuck? The steps are the same no matter which page of the site you install it from.
