About St. Sebastianette Archery Club

The St. Sebastianette Archery Club is a specialized ladies' pole archery organization established in 1975 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Embracing local heritage, the club actively continues the unique Belgian tradition of horizontal pole archery within the historic St. Boniface community on Provencher Boulevard. Utilizing traditional archery equipment, female archers of all varying skill levels aim specifically at wooden bird targets during weekly shoots held throughout the outdoor season. St. Sebastianette offers a highly inclusive, supportive local environment that allows women to connect socially while passionately preserving a fascinating, globally rare form of traditional competitive target archery.
